Can i wear mid distance spikes for long distance? - pole vault spikes
This is doing my first year, length, and I need to get on top of the pole vault and long distance. My coach pole vault spikes recommended average distance. Is it necessary to reach various summit? In going to a mile and 2 miles out of the race for the pole position.
